Some Storms East Today Friday's Severe Outlook Wet Weekend Ahead

Drier and more stable conditions will overspread all but the eastern Rolling Plains today where a threat for some severe thunderstorms will develop by late afternoon. Highs will range from the 70s and lower 80s behind a cold front to the upper 80s ahead of the front.
